-We worked closely with agents to understand fully the different workflows and needs that occur in different parts of the business. -We saved the client significant costs by leveraging our tech knowhow to avoid the high licensing costs that the client would otherwise have had to incur, by adopting an innovative usage volume basis for licensing instead of using the common per-user basis. -Thanks to our solution, the client was able to use top-of-class, Salesforce-based tools that were fully integrated with their CRM, marketing and workflows, with full mobile functionality and an embedded mobile app at an economic, bottom-line-friendly cost. -We simplified the user interface to encourage data entry and adoption of the tool. -We integrated at-a-glance updates and fully automated sales & maintenance workflows on a personalised dashboard. -We built a complex 3D inventory stack to improve asset visualisation and improve user experience. -We created a fully automated and electronic tracking of assets and business processes, personally customised to clients’ preferences and phases reached in the sales funnel.
